I like that one, Bob.

I am thinking of the Intel i7 NUC that will take an SSD being released later in the year. Dougie doesn't need but Dougie wants one.:big_ha:

I am very happy with the wealth of information at our fingertips, you have put in place now, Bob. Those popups alerts are great. I am really liking the way the Skins are set up. High Five.:)

Most encourage you to upgrade to the paid version. That's in their best interest. I have Avast on my wife's 2 computers and Avast offers good protection. Registering takes a whole 2 mins. WOW. Avast protects over 200 million units world wide, so losing a few to Emsisoft wouldn't even appear on their Radar.:) Emsisoft is such a small player they don't even appear on most Pie Charts. I am really happy with ESET at the moment, Rich. If for some reason I did make a change I would definately try Emsisoft. I don't doubt Emsisoft is good if you say so.:) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avast!

Did you "Save" your selection?
-
I personally stay away from anything in "Beta"

You have had your whole life to make your fortune, Gary. Everyone is master of their own destiny. I would think most people would have been poor at some time in their life. There are exceptions of course. I experienced struggle street many years ago.:)

Here is one product (Macrium Reflect) Free. Clone your operating system regularly onto another hard drive and leave it disconnected. Sure fire way of beating all there crypto parasites or bog your system down with all these programs. I know which I prefer. You prob have one chance in a million getting hit with ransome ware. All overkill to me.
-
I think all suggested programs be thoroughly tested before inclusion. This doesn't always happen.

Done. Sorry I was working on another computer.:) -
Hi GARY. I would not give you a dime for any security programs Microsoft have anything to do with. I have MBAM Free, Paid Eset Nod 32 and S.A.S. (for adware) Avast is very good but uninstall Chrome box and custom install and uncheck full centre row.
-
Well leave it disabled. I don't need MBAE. Good you found the problem, Gary.
-
I especially like the switch in the header from light to darker shade. I am using the less red skin now. Looks great.

I have been playing around with Firefox. If I disable AdBlock Plus I can get approx half a second faster load time. I use Ad Muncher as well. You may want to try UBlock instead of AdBlock Plus. Supposed to be lighter and does virtually the same job. I haven't tried UBlock however most reviews say it makes Firefox faster compared to AdBlock Plus. I am going to leave AdBlock Plus disabled and only use Ad Muncher. :)

That's right Bob. Or "Help" > "about" and it automatically updates. Same thing.:) These are the fixes in Ver 36.0 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox/

You give a directive to "stop right now" with a laughing clown. That is funny, Rich.
-
Surely you are kidding, Rich.:funny:
-
Firefox Ver 36.0 has been released.:)
-
My thoughts exactly, Cindy.:) I was happy after the changes to the red skin and now the less red is even better.
-
I also like the "Less Red" and the "Blue Skin". Thanks for giving us a choice, Bob.:)

That small change has made a huge difference to these tired old eyes. Looks good to me. Thanks Bob.
