Why I'm posting this from Ubuntu (just one of many reasons)

Thanks, but I tried that. It wouldn't let me. Or am I taking the wrong
steps to take ownership of that file? Do you have a list of the steps I
need to take, or at least the the first few steps I need to take?

That was almost the first thing I did in Vista because it was so
pathetic and annoying. So that hasn't helped.

I had no problems removing that file, right click-delete..
