A lawyer thinks this is a great opportunity to earn £100 and goes to the clinic. LAWYER: "I have lost my sense of taste." CHINESE DOCTOR "Nurse, bring medicine from box No. 22 and put 3 drops in patient's mouth." LAWYER: "Ugh. this is kerosene." CHINESE DOCTOR "Congrats, your sense of taste is restored. Give me £20." The annoyed lawyer goes back after a few days to recover his money. LAWYER: "I have lost my memory. I cannot remember anything." CHINESE DOCTOR "Nurse, bring medicine from box no. 22 and put 3 drops in his mouth." LAWYER: (annoyed): "This is kerosene. You gave this to me last time for restoring my taste." CHINESE DOCTOR "Congrats. You got your memory back. Give me £20." The fuming lawyer pays him, and then comes back a week later determined to get £100. LAWYER: "My eyesight has become very weak I can't see at all." CHINESE DOCTOR "Well, I don't have any medicine for that, so take this £100." LAWYER: (staring at the note): "But this is £20, not £100!!" CHINESE DOCTOR "Congrats, your eyesight is restored. Give me £20"

I will stay with GMAIL. Had it for some years and used to it. Never had any security issues like Yahoo. Besides if it is in gray, I would never be able to read Outlook, anyway.

I get them all the time and complained to my providor. They said they can't stop it. They can block all international calls to my landline,which would stop these daily scam calls. That would mean I wouldn't be able to ring International. Sometimes I feel like ripping the Phone off the wall.

I managed to get the scan to complete.Just lucky I suppose. Did freeze for up to 5 mins twice during the scan. There are other good online scanners, you can use. I have used Kapersky and found it quite good, in the past.

Hi Peterr. After reading some of the reviews, I wouldn't have it on my computers. You don't need it. http://www.computing.net/answers/security/rapport-security-software-avoid-using-it/28295.html I also read of big problems trying to uninstall.

I use UBlock since Starbuck suggested the alternative, been using Ad-Muncher for some years. They do a great job. No way I would pay for an AdBlocker when so many are free and work so well. Are you using the trial? Tony. Will you actually pay for this AdBlocker?

They are not the same unfortunately. Prob about 30 programs more on Computer 1, Bill. It's losing the Logitech Driver on shutdown.

I have a Logitech HD Pro C920 Webcam I get a big popup every reboot (Device not recognized) Every single time I reboot, I lose the drivers completely. Windows7 SP1 x64 bit This is weird. Any clues? Thanks.

Hi Peter. I really can't follow what your saying. Could you explain in more detail? please. I am trying to work out what your actually trying to do. Are you trying to gain access to the raw WIM disk image file data and re-create the file with Macrium?

I can't see why you can't give Admin rights to the user account you created. Delete the other accounts and be done with it.

If it works OK when you created a new user account,then it could be user profile corruption, Tony.. Log in as a different User. rename the problem profile. Log in as the original user again. A new profile will get created. If the crash is gone, copy over your user data from the corrupted one. If it does not solve the issue. Repeat steps with default folder too. This is the template profile, when creating new profiles.

Hi Tony. Been reading up. One suggested fix is "Go to internet option -> Advance Tab -> tick mark on use software rendering instead of GPU rendering in accelerated graphics" Others say a video driver is causing this same issue,

Thanks Bill for posting in my absence. To be short the hard drive was Farkled (Cindy's expression) Computer shop had no WD Blacks so pulled a secondary HDD out of another Computer. Erazed the OS, formatted and cloned this OS to the the spinner drive. Tested the clone and worked flawless. Run CHKDSK and worked perfect. The faulty HDD gets the hammer tomorrow as I never want to see it again. The faulty drive threw up so many errors I was not familiar with. Thanks everyone who helped me with this problem. Much appreciated. Here is CHKDSK on the HDD I just cloned to. All working great.
