I call you a stalker because that is what you do.
You do it and you can not deny it.
Adam is a stalker.

Read my post and the post I replied, probably for the first time.
What you said has NOTHING to do with it.
That is one of the things that show you as a stalker.
Your need to simply attack whether there is relevance or not.
Whether you can contribute or not.

"...what would you call Frank?"
It is also irrelevant, but that is what you must do when you have
nothing of substance.
It is noted you are comparing your actions with someone whose actions
you hate.
Apparently you see yourself as his equal in at least one way otherwise
there would be no reason for your comparison.

Don't misunderstand, I have no complaint about progress in other
countries, but we must at least stay level with them.

For example chip manufacture has moved - it is something that can only
be done with very high tech machines and the machines that "We" started
with have now been improved and are being made abroad. In the event of
some catastrophe could we now make one of those machines is we had to?
Do we have the people with the knowledge? If not we have sold our
security to those who can provide the goods. It is not just that Labor
is cheaper in (say) China, it is the loss of ability when productions
moves there. Pretty soon those countries start innovating themselves and
we fall behind - seriously behind in some cases because their innovation
may include entirely new processes that we simply don't know about yet.

We need big players like MS to support new technology responsibly, but
we also need the communities like Linux to come up with alternatives,
any system that can't handle competition will not last.

NVidia's betas sometimes break one thing when they fix a more important
one, but I've never seen one do anything really bad.

Hi Stephen

Like you, I try to not use the beta's, especially for something like a
device driver. However, I had problems with my 8800GTS that the latest
drivers did not fix, but since installing the beta being offered by nVidia,
everything has been sweet.

Yes, it's called good PR, something many in the computer industry not

You give lessons on how to be a stupid fool? You'd be a great teacher
Frankie since you obviously had lots of practice.

Average 15% gross profit margin and 3% net profit margin and doing that for
PR?

PR has no use for a company that cannot generate enough revenues to pay
salaries and rent and other expenses.

Even Microsoft cannot force them to come up drivers for older models and you
would think that they ought to do it for Linux?

Well, I have nothing to say if that's how you think it.

That's like saying you expect a new car to be completely compatible with all
sizes and styles of air filters. If you don't use the right parts (drivers)
you can't get anywhere. How can you use Linux and not know how to update
hardware drivers? How many driver versions do you expect to be included in
Vista? Do you really think we believe you're that dense??

Based on that half-ass logic, it seems you have been stalking the
entire newsgroup since your thing is to post nothing but endless
ranting, yelling, and screaming at everybody that dares to be critical
of anything you say. Google contains hundreds, perhaps thousands of
your posts where you do nothing but hurl insults at EVERYBODY.

Worse, you are on record claiming you have a right to shamelessly
engage in this disruptive behavior, since in your delusional fantasy
world you've set yourself up as supreme pontificator and judge that
using your words has a right to flame whoever he wishes for your own
self gratification.

That sir strongly suggests the one with SERIOUS mental problems is the
Bozo you see staring back at your from your bathroom mirror. I like
others simply point out the misconduct you and others blowhards like
yourself engage in daily. So the noise you wail against is mostly
generated by yourself and other self-important losers like you.
