Share Your Build

I'm waiting on Cindy's build. She says she uses AMD when building so I'm very curious to see her PC.

I don't know about "rumblings" but I do know she said she builds with AMD exclusively. So I'm waiting to see a build. I'm sure she builds fine rigs.

Not talking about "another" rig even the one she has is well enough. When I said "her" PC that means what it says.

I don't need for anyone to satisfy my curiosity (as you say) this thread was for sharing. You you can even share your rig if you like.

In post #85 you said

You didn't say "I want to see her build"
You said you wanted to see "A" build.

I want some G.Skill DDR4 - 3000 R-Red (4*4G) 16gb for my next build and my ticker near stopped when my computer shop wanted $615. Has to be cheaper in the US I would think, even with freight.

Thanks, Cindy. Looks like I will have to source all the hardware from the US except for the case.
Half the brand names I want they haven't got and what they do have is very expensive here.
That's a huge saving just on the Ram alone.

Just did a "AS SSD" test on all my SSD's and two have lost 50% of their speed.
Looks like I have to be more careful what brands I buy in the future.
Their advertized speed is not what you get in the real world usage.
Not Happy.

On the AS SSD test the kingmax has the heaviest load and pulling 850
The others are only 450, 550 and 650
Something is amiss here and I want to get to the bottom of it.
I want to get the best 2 SSD's for the new build.

Just spent sometime re reading this thread after a long time.
The amount of back slapping that went on and Rich being a master
of excuses had me smiling from ear to ear.
The second image on the first page looks like something out of a scary underwater movie.
I would have felt too embarrassed to even post such a work of art like that.:big_ha:

I will eventually, Cindy.
I was working on one of my latest builds last night and took some photos.
This build I have a M.2 PCIe hard drive with the OS on. All new territory to me.
The Kingston Fury M.2 is exceeding the advertised Read and Write speeds so looking good so far.
Even with a conventional PSU (non modular) and running 5 extra fans the wiring can be carefully hidden if the correct case is chosen.
Here are a couple of Photos. All the extra fans are hooked up to the fan controller.
The tower looks better than the photos give credit for.
