SAN FRANCISCO — Facebook must face a nationwide class-action lawsuit that is seeking refunds from the giant social network for parents whose children spent their money on the website without permission. That was the ruling of U.S. District Court Judge Beth Labson Freeman who on Tuesday paved the way for a class that could include hundreds of thousands. The plaintiffs in the class cannot pursue refunds as a group because the refunds would vary, but can seek individual refunds, according to Reuters. Facebook says the lawsuit is without merit. The lawsuit was filed in April 2012 by two children and their parents. They contend Facebook let children use their parents’ credit and debit cards to buy Facebook Credits and refused refunds when parents complained. Is it on a particular website that they are getting this error? It's usually a problem with the site itself. There is a Microsoft Fixit tool for this problem, Mike. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/175500#FixItForMeAlways -

Does the wireless show up at all in the bottom right of the desktop? It could be coincidence that it was working perfectly and now isn't. -
Acer Aspire 5315 network drivers not working
allheart55 Cindy E replied to mikehende's topic in Tech Help and Discussions
The PCI Database is down so I can't do a search using the Vendor ID or the device number, Mike. When you open device manager, do you have any bangs or did the Atheros driver install correctly? If the driver installed correctly and you have no bangs in the DM, the wireless card is probably bad. I've run into this a lot lately with both Acer and Dell. I've purchased a few of these lately for convenience sake. They work well. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008IFXQFU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 -
