  1. This is not a problem with your server install. It is a problem with the drivers that vmware installs. Make sure vmware tools are installed. If they are check that you have network config set to pass through and not bridged.

  10. It could just be a corrupt dvd. Try burning it again and then try the install.
  11. Check the security setting on IE. You might have to disable the security configuration.
  12. There is no way to downgrade. You'll have to reintall.

  16. The only way that I know of to fix it is to create a new profile. I had the same problem when I was beta testing Office 2007. I downgraded back to 2003 and had to create a new profile as well as recreate all my email accounts and folders.
  17. I would check that the usb drive is enabled for the Windows 2008 guest.

  19. We don't delete accounts. We can set your account to guest which would remove all your info except username from the site.
  20. Microsoft is warning customers of a hole in the kernel of 32-bit versions of Windows that could allow someone to install programs, change data, or create new accounts with full user rights. The vulnerability, caused by the Windows kernel not properly handling certain exceptions, affects 32-bit versions of Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, and Server 2003 and 2008, according to the security advisory released on Wednesday night.   23. The problem is the ssl certificate is invalid or expired. The user should be able to click a link that will allow then to get past that error.
  24. Bulletin Severity Rating:Critical - This security update resolves seven privately reported vulnerabilities and one publicly disclosed vulnerability in Internet Explorer. The more severe vulnerabilities could allow remote code execution if a user views a specially crafted Web page using Internet Explorer. Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer user rights on the system could be less impacted than users who operate with administrative user rights. View the full article
