What happens to files that are snyc'd to a user's computer and they get terminated?, will the file eventually become useless(not being able to open) after not syncing for a while? or will it just be like any other file a user may have copied to their machine to work on...its just there and nothing can be done about it. I´ve got a HP Pavilion dv4-2080br Entertainment PC with Windown 7-64 bits installed. In a research for the utility of this executable file, I found o lot of comments that it can be a virus, spyware, trojan or worm! (http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/lsass.exe.html). I just got hit with a virus attack that turned off Microsoft Security Essentials and Windows Firewall, which made it difficult to get rid of as neither would then turn on - tricky little **** of a virus. So I ran a scan with Malwarebytes which seems to have caught the virus (it found &amp deleted 10 infections - although I ever copied the names which might have been helpful) and I then uninstalled/reinstalled Microsoft Security Essentialls which now seems to be working. The problem now is that when I open up Security Centre and try to turn on the Firewall I get an error message saying &quotDue to an unidentified problem Windows cannot display Firewall Settings.&quot How does I fix this and get Firewall turned back on? After installing certain patches that update the Windows Kernel and rebooting, some of my servers present a STOP error, and restart over and over again. I was able to bring them up in safe mode and remove the patch, so I am functional, but would like to address the security vulnerability this patch covers.I am only experiencing this on Server 2003 x64 systems.This same issue happened with KB2799494 and 2724197, each of which are in the same chain of supersedence. The video I downloaded is all scrambled colors &amp sound is high-pitched noise. Windows Media Player says download media right, it links to anothe useless website which does not work. My WMP does not have the &quotNow Playing&quot button so I can't check if privacy is checked or not. I downloaded 3 other codecs but it still does not work. Hello, As of three days ago every time I open any folder all the files inside that folder appear as “Details”. I prefer to view these files as “List” and if I change the view to “List”, the next time I start up my PC all the files inside the folders are once again viewed as “Details”. Is there any way to correct this so that files are always viewed as “List” (unless I change them, of course)? Any help/suggestions would be most appreciated. I use Windows 7 Home Premium Version 6.1. When I restart my computer, I waited for over three hours for it to install 1 out 4. It hangs. Real Player wont get on the web for "web videa search" It searches and I can see on the status bar "waiting for reply" but eventually it just reads that my browser needs upgrading. Though Real Player seems to be fine and communicates onlone to send me messages and downoad videos. View this thread
