No it does not mean it found nothing wrong. It just means that
the upgrade advisor has not even ran. The upgrade advisor will
give one a complete list of what will not work and what needs
upgrading.

Final follow-up.

Have Win98se up and running just fine.
Will turn system over to NP org like it is.
Wanted to thank everyone that gave suggestions.
It was/is a learning experience.
