We finally completely ditched Comcast and we spent the last two days being rewired for Verizon.

I'm going to have to swap out my modem before Jan 18th. I have one waiting that I bought from BestBuy. I know it takes time before Comcast sends the signal to the new MAC address. I just hope we aren't out for more than a day. Then I'll hope that I don't have problems with anything on my network. Life was a lot simpler with one computer.

If you call Comcast and give them the MAC ID, they will send a signal immediately.
