Umm... so what is "snake oil"?? Is it something useful, or is it
something to be sold by a pitchman to unwary/stupid buyers?

Snake oil is a Chinese remedy to cure joint pains. I believe that's what the

The common usage of "snake oil" is something completely different from
that and you know it.
