Have you tried creating a new user profile to see if the problem relates
to your user profile?
Try Ctrl+Alt+Delete to select Task Manager and click the Performance
Tab. Under Commit Charge what is the Total, the Limit and the Peak? Does
the the Limit continually increase or rise and fall?
Is there any continuing high CPU usage?

Hope this helps.
