I don't know how the Geek Squad operates or what their rules are, but
unfortunately life isn't always that simple. In many cases, if you get
service, you are required to pay for the service whether you are happy
with the results or not.
Try going to the doctor when you're sick and not paying him because he
didn't cure you. Even if you die from what he didn't cure you of, your
estate is responsible for the bill.
