  4. All you have to do if you have a valid OEM key is to change the key in the server control panel. Keep in mind you can only activate an OEM key on one machine. Once activated for the first time it will be locked to that hardware.

  18. Seattle-based Attachmate Corp. is buying Novell for $2.2 billion, the companies announced on November 22.
