  18. You can run more than one web server on the same IP. All web servers can listen on port 80 and will respond to internal requests via internal IP. For what you want to do you might want to look into mod_proxy to forward specific requests to each server.

  23. I haven't installed in Virtual PC, I'm not even sure it can be. I use vmware and have several installs of Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 R2 working with no problems.
