Hi there, going round in circles over this issue. Firstly, I know of two ways to import our .PST files to our newly setup office 365 accounts (assume this uses exchange 2013??). The first is using the tool PST Capture - This gives me the same (unresolved) issue posted in other topics - where it cannot see any mailboxes on the server to import too. The second is manually in powershell. I have zero experience prior to spending all day yesterday researching online how to make the transfer . I have managed to get as far as connecting to our exchange server. However I am unable to run the command I believe needed to do the import (new-mailboximportrequest). I have added myself to the role of "Mailbox Import Export" but despite this I still cannot see it in the list of available commands. Can anybody help? View this thread

Windows Update beállítása Windows 8 rendszeren
AWS posted a topic in Microsoft Support & Discussions
Hi there,I am running Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) Service Pack 1.IE9 is already installed: Version 9.0.8112.16421. Update versions 9.0.4 (KB2618444)Whenever I run Windows Update, it offers me:"Windows Internet Explorer 9 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems". (36.7MB)I am also offered:"Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems" (69.1MB)If I try to install IE9, it fails, with the error: Code 9C48: Windows Update encountered an unknown error. If I try to install IE10 instead, it also fails, with the error: Code 9C59: Windows Update encountered an unknown error.I have tried running SFC /scannow, but it finds no errors that it believes need to be corrected.I have cleaned and optimised the registry, removed internet cache, ran malware scans and anti virus scans.I have also tried uninstalling IE9 via the uninstall method through the control panel -> programs and featured -> installed updates, but it fails, saying: Windows Update: An Error has occurred. Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled.I have tried uninstalling IE9 using Microsoft Fix it from the "How to uninstall IE( when the standard method does not work" link, but that fails also.I have also tried to uninstall IE9 using the FORFILES method, from the same link, but that fails on certain modules and upon reboot, I have also tried stopping windows update service, renaming the downloads folder, restarting the windows update and trying again, but to no avail.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Regards, View this thread

I have an HP MediaSmart EX495 Windows Home Server (v1). For a long time I've been putting up with random system crashes and finally decided it was time to reinstall the OS. I reinstalled everything which went fine and got the system fully patched. Much to my chagrin it continues to crash periodically (on average it's about once a day). The report I get back indicates it's caused by the ever helpful unknown device driver but the only hardware in the system that isn't factory installed by HP is a couple of Samsung drives that have been fully chkdisked. I don't have any other software installed at this point so I can't imagine what could be causing this other than a bad CPU, memory, or system disk. I've tried analyzing the memory.dmp file but don't know where to go with it. It doesn't point at a specific driver as far as I can tell and I'm not sure how to use a kernel debugger to get a stack trace as it suggests (let alone what to do with that stack trace). Any thoughts? One of my USB devices is not working, and it hasn't been working since I have installed this update. Can someone give me some information on this model, or tell me if my device is broken because I left it plugged in while it was updating, and then it stopped working, or can someone give me some sort of solution? Anything could help. View this thread

A few days ago I noticed small pop-up ads & full-screen ads appearing while using Internet Explorer. Some of the time I'm able to "x" out of the page but other times I have to close down Internet Explorer & start over. I've seen the name "sweetpacks.com" appear on the tab name. I think this may be a virus. Currently, I'm running Microsoft Security Essentials as my anti-virus software with live updates. I checked that page & it does not show any viruses as being detected. How can I get rid of "sweet packs"? View this thread
