CSRSS.exe and system taking 100% CPU

Hi ,

In my windows 2003 R2 with SP2 server CSRSS.exe and system process (not

system idle process) taking 100% CPU and lots of RAM all antivirus update

done a spyware scan to no luck...any idea what cause the problem. I tried

the MS KB solution of corrupted profiles files and it didn't fetch any

result on this server.

please help with your experience/idea..
