Posted August 23, 200816 yr Every time I start Explorer it displays in a "default" window size even though the last time I used it I had resized it to almost full-screen. I think it used to "remember" the last setting, like most Windows apps, and come up in that setting. What happened? Did some Microsoft update alter a Registry setting just for Explorer? I really don't want to go through the hassle of trying to back out of 15 or 20 or so Windows Updates to find the culprit. Yeah, I'm lazy. I have switched to using Explorer 2 for this reason for now. Windows Explorer is mostly used for file deletions and other quick chnges but this postage stamp-sized default start window is getting bothersome. Could someone tell me how I go about getting Explorer to "remember" the last size setting? Thanks, Turner
