Posted August 22, 200816 yr Maybe it's time to replace it. Try unplugging from the usb port while the computer is on and plug it into a different usb port. Windows should recognize it and install a driver. You can also try upgrading or reinstalling your Intellitype software. It's available at the MS Keyboard and Mouse site.
