Terminal 2008 farm using smart card

Hi,

I am testing ts 2008 farm env' (include TS gateway, ts servers,ts session

broker) using smart card to validate user logon.

My problem is that sometimes , about 1 of 5, logon attempts using smart card

Is not complete. i mean that instead of complete the logon process, the

session is stuck in Logon screen, waiting for the user to enter

username/pass.

usually after 1/2 attempt the user succeed to complete the logon process.

this Behavior is happing exactly in two separate Env' that we have.

This is not happing if we using regular username\password method.
