Hi :)

This is starting to annoy me, but I can't seem to fix it, so I though i might drop a question here.

I have AD and DNS running on my windows server.

I tried to join the domain with a client, and got the error "The network path was not found" or something like that..

Alright, so as my DNS server is working, and client is setup to use it, i tried to share a folder on my server called "share"

I then tried to connect to it using \\server-ip\share

And then i got a message saying that the path was invalid, I then tried just to connect to the ip, which didn't help either.

Alright, it could be the firewall blocking, so i disabled the firewall, tried and got same error.

I then tried from another server to connect to it, and that came up with same error.

Please keep in mind, that the server, client, and the second server are all in different locations, and not on the same network.

server2 is using server1's DNS server.

Any help is much appreciated :P
