Posted August 9, 200816 yr Microsoft always screw up something by thinking they know what is best for the consumer. This time in Vista they have this speech recognition crap that is not even 100% accurate, as speech recognition needs to be, and no way to remove it from the install. Not even a way to permanently disable it through a service setting. WTF did they do that for? I have a game that gets messed up by Microsoft's speech recognition software because the game supports speech commands and causes the Microsoft software to start up every time I start the game. You can only disable the Microsoftware after it has started up. If they had put in a serivce or something to permanenetly disable it this would not even be an issue. Stupid Microsoft!
