Getting Hung

Dear Sir/Madam,

Am using windows server 2003 enterprise edition as Terminal server with 30

profiles, from last 15 days my Terminal server is getting hung randomly and

there is no error log in event viewer and have checked with Dell (as am using

Dell server) and get the clearance that there is no problem with hardware.

I’ve checked with AV and spyware remover also but problem remain the same.

Since we are using this server for Microsoft applications (word, excel,

outlook and PowerPoint) and one more recruitment software is installed on

this (HIRECRAFT) which is working on .net 2.0 and 1.

Pls. help me further to resolve this problem.
