I am attempting to get into "localhost" on my XP computer. Each time I try

I get a 500 Internal Server error message..

I unchecked allow "Show friendly HTTP error messages in I.E. internet

options under the Advanced tab.

Then I get the following error message:

Active Server Page Error 'ASP 0201'

involid default script language

the default script language specified for this application is invalid.

Does anyone have a fix for this. I really need my localhost working. I

removed IIS from Windows and then reinstalled it again. Still not working.
