generic host process for win32 has encountered a problem ......

have this problem under xp pro and sp3. I have run virus scans, spyware

scans and done this in safe mode and normal. The error information is below

and I have SP3 on my Dell notebook

Any ideas on what to do? The problem occurs when coming out of hibernation

on a docking station all the time. It sometimes occurs coming out of

hibernation during the day coming out of hibernation. I don't remember

whether this problem occured with SP2 but was even wondering if going back to

SP2 would take care of the problem.
