update from silverlight stays in needed update area

I receved an update from silverlight and installed it but it is staying in

needed to be installed area, so I installed again still there and looking at

the (view installed updates) its not there when I view update history there

are the 3 install's--but when I look in the installed updates its not there

at all--my silverlight is

I have never had any problems before this
