Change priority/slow down copy operation

Hello,

I take by script snapshot(shadow copy) of volume on windows

server.Than i make compressed backup and copy Vmware vhd files to

backup disk from this volume. Because after snapshot VM are starting

and running i need slow down copy operation from snapshot volume.

Is there any chance to make this on Windows like CPU setting

priority ?
