I found that a Realtek RTL8168C(P)/8111C(P) driver was offered on windows

update for the new Gigabyte EP45-DS3. After installing I discovered the

driver was older than my current one. Surely dates are checked for drivers

during the update process?

The driver failed, so I rolled back. Easy enough, just letting you know.
