Vista user accounts blank screen

I have my account that works on my vista laptop but I cannot get any other

user accounts to work. They worked before. All I get is a blue screen and

and curser with no desktop. If I boot in the safe mode all the accounts work.

I have tried deleting and adding new accounts and it's the same thing! I wish

I stayed with XP! I hope someone can help!
