Perhaps the simplest non-obvious hint I can give is to use right-click

to set your filters once you have some unfiltered results... )

Well I don't have Vista but my guess would be that that extra \temp\

level could be just that meant to be a temporary substitute for your old

TIF while you wait for it to be transferred to the new location. ProcMon

could clarify if that is actually what happens on a normal system. However,

I suspect that you probably have some security package(s) blocking normal

operation, hence your TIF could be stuck in limbo and not allowed to transition

normally to a new location. I suppose you could try forcing it manually

by getting both the file system and the registry in synch but I would try

finding out whatever is preventing the normal operation, temporarily suspend

whatever it is, fix the TIF and then resume whatever it is.

However, my original answer was about your History. I suspect you have

the file system and the registry out of synch with it too and with it there is

no feature in the UI AFAIK to help move it.
