Guest Ultra Kiasu Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 Now my original English version of Windows XP operating system now thinks it is a non-English, probably a Simplified Chinese version. This happened after I installed a english version of Chinese 3rd-party terminal service application accompanied with a terminal access device (similar to nComputing's L110). Now my Windows XP are still mostly English-based, but all the dialog buttons are in Chinese. My search in START button failed to work (complaining some files is missing). To resolve above, I need to use Windows Update, but it complaining that my Windows setup language is of different language... I really don't wish to re-install my entire PC with a fresh copy of Windows XP. Anyone know what in the system/files or registry had been changed to make my system to behave so erratic? Appreciate some help here... THANKS... Quote
