I was using Windows Fax on my terminal server running Win 2003 Server. It

worked OK for years and I would route the incoming faxes to a folder on the

network. Recently there were lines missing on each received fax so I tried

to install a new fax program that would allow me to make flow control

changes, unlike the Windows fax program/service. The new program didn’t work

at all so I reinstalled Windows fax except now I cannot route the received

faxes to the old folder that used to receive them or any other folder for

that matter, regardless of their permissions. When I try to set the routing

up in the configuration wizard or directly in the device properties, I get

the following error message: The FaxService cannot access the folder

specified. This didn’t happen in the past and I’m pulling my hair out trying

to figure out how to correct it. I have this problem regardless of whether

I’m logged on as the network administrator or the local computer

administrator. Please help.

Also, where is the inbox folder located on the computer?
