Cannot add new custorm gadgets to sidebar

Hi,

Whenever I try to add custom gadgets to the sidebar I get the following

message:

Windows cannot access teh specified device, path, or file. You may not have

the appropriate permissions to access the item.

I am an administrator user type for the computer. And can add the gadgets

that are included with Vista.
