Preserve folder dates when using Robocopy

I am using robocopy to copy folders from a PC to a server.

I want to preserve all ACLs & dates.

I can preserve all ACLs & file dates using /copyall switch but this does not

preserve folder dates.

I note from Windows Server 2008 info on Technet that there is a switch,

/dcopy:T, to do just this, but this is not available in the Server 2003

version.

Is it possible to download the latest version of robocopy without having

Server 2008 ?

Or does anyone know of a recognised alternative ?
