Search closed PST files in Vista

Hi,

i upgraded to search 4.0 Windows6.0-KB940157-x86.

Now i have a few issues:

If a pst file is open in outlook it gets indexed by the search, if i close

the archive pst it disappears from the index and can not be searched.

when i search for images on networked drive i see no preview.

i also see no preview for images when they are attachments in emails.

Lastly, is there a way to have search highlight or go to the location of the

search text in the previews window?
