Reccerts.exe KB number

Hi,

I really need reccerts.exe from Microsoft to recover some files. I called

support to raise a case (paid for, or using one of my two free TechNet

support incidents - don't care) but they won't help until I give them a KB

article that references this tool. I found out about it on various forums

including MS ones.
