Miminizing windows/Taskbar

Hi all,

I have a problem with my taskbar, every time I minimize a window instead of

minimizing itself on the left side next to the start button, it minimizes

itself on the right side (next to the clock, and what not). Also whenever I

minimize more than two windows I get scrolling arrows in the taskbar, in

order to choose among which one to expand? How do I make the windows

minimize on the left side?
