W2k and Wxp IE - How to allow only specific websites and block all others sites using hosts file?

Hi all,

In W2k and Wxp IE, I would like to block all websites and only allow

specific websites using hosts files (not IE tools)

for example, block all websites and allow only http://www.yahoo.com and

http://www.google.com.

Please advice.
