Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1

(KB929729)

 

FAILED with CODE66A.

 

My computer is a Dell XPS 410 running VISTA HOME PREMIUM. Does anyone have

a solution to this problem?
