folders will not stay customized

When we customize folders, the folders will often swap the pictures placed on

them with random pictures in the "pictures" folder. Some will re-check the

"Also apply this template to all sub-folders." check box after we uncheck it

and close the "Properties" window. I do not know if this is happening to all

folders, but it is not happening to all of the folders at the same time.

Also, in "My Folders", the folders have random pictures on them even

though some of them do not have "Customize" tabs or contain pictures. At

least once, 5 of the folders inside of another folder took on the exaxt same

random picture.

I have checked the folders from the top down, restting the customize

tabs as I go, but they continue to take on random pictures.
