Guest David Blakeley Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 I'm running Vista Premium on a self-built system with Office 2007. My (Formerly) Cingular 2125 synced with no problems for about 2 weeks. Yesterday I started getting this message: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop. on the device I get error code 85010014. I can't find any useful information on how to resolve this problem. I've run scanpst, I've removed and reinstalled the partnership. I read somewhere that Itunes might be implicated so I removed that. I use this capability every day and it's maddening that it doesn't work and I can't even get pointed at a cause. Quote
