Windows Vista: Windows host process (rundll32) has stopped working

I would suggest that Microsoft issue a bug fix as a matter of urgency for

windows vista explorer to adress issues where explorer conflicts with MPEG

files i.e it tries to restart then closes when the user attempts to view,

rename, move or open an MPEG file?
