Dfs - 2008 Mode Greyed Out

Hi all,

 

I have a 2008 domain in 2008 mode, 2 DC's (2008) and wish to set up a domain based DFS, but the 2008 mode is greyed out. I can assure you that AD is replicating happily and there are no other DFS's on the network.

 

Does anyone know where to start on this issue?
