What are you running? A CPU not invented yet with a $1000 video card?

When I right clicked, you could just hear the Vista nag on the hard drive.

A partial comment from you was "I figure if 300 lb. welfare mothers

with big hair". I wonder how many thousands of women you offended. Where

did you learn such bigotry? If you meant it as a joke I'm not laughing and I

don't think these women are laughing either. I think you owe these women an

apology. Are you man enough to provide it?

As far as the remainder of the comment goes: "100 lb redheads who smoke

a lot" is certainly insulting and "truck jockeys can use Vista" is an

implication that truck drivers are stupid. I think you owe these people an

apology also.

You should provide a description of yourself so that I and others can

know what a perfect person is supposed to be. We can then attempt to live

our lives in your image.

You could have said "If others" instead of the disgusting comments you

chose to use. Are you full of racism also? There's no place in a civil world

for attitudes such as yours. I'm not the "politeness" police but I'm more

than willing to criticize you for the use of unwanted and unnecessary

statements. If nobody else is willing to defend these people I'm certainly

willing to do it.

For those of you who wish to criticize me or lambast me for this reply

please feel free to do so. I'd like to know who you are.

No, you drank or shot up too much and forgot.

My wife refuses to use the Vista machine. She hates the new look and says

it is slow. Me, I didn't say a thing to her, in fact this was when I just

got it before I used it much. But after endless hours of frustration on

getting simple things to work, I realized Vista was a waste of my time.

But 16 days to Fedora 9. Once it is out, I will be wiping Vista off of the

new PC. Tried the Live Beta, sure looks good.

http://fedoraproject.org/

What am I doing hear? Real simple. Venting my disappointment in Vista and

warning others. Call it M$ withdrawal. Plus, dispelling the anti-Linux BS

that spill in. XP is liable to be my last production desktop from Microsoft

unless they wakeup and smell the coffee. They should offer us free

downgrades.

No, they are still loading XP Pro.

One site at a clients I just wrapped up with actually put a red bar across

the top of the web page to one of their major applications that said it

nicely:

"Vista (any version) is not supported by this system and any support for

Vista is not forthcoming. Please do not place any service calls for systems

running Vista as they will be ignored."

LOL when I saw that.
