Posted July 18, 200717 yr OS is Vista Home Premium OEM by Gateway. The graphic for the buttons in most of the Help and Support panel show only a red X. "mouse over" reveals function dialog box. As I am having problems with other programs, I am wondering if there is not something fundamentaly amiss with the OEM installation. -- Life is not a banquet it is a covered dish dinner. What do you bring to the table?
