LOL all you want. Take a look at OS/2 sometime. Developed by IBM in the

'80s, it bears a striking resemblance to Win 95 and 98. Gates didn't get

where he is by being a nice guy, and if you think M$ is some sort of

benevolent, charitable organization, I want some of whatever you've been

smoking. Since you seem to hold yourself out as an expert on M$ and their

corporate history, methods, and motives, why don't you elaborate on just

what makes you such an expert? Judging by the number of complaints posted

in this NG, maybe we can all LOL at your delusions together.

Sorry, not sure what you're talking about.

Not for me.

You mean that pretty blue and white diamond that says your copy of Vista

is not genuine when you know it is?

After a hardware change, or just for no reason ?

Sometimes for no apparent reason, at least twice with XP, once I think

with 2003 server and once with Vista. Sure it has happened several times

after hardware changes but that is expected. It has always been resolved

but can be a nuisance.

Whenever I've had a problem and gone to the Microsoft "Help" website, I've

always recieved a reply with corresponding answer to the problem. They've

also kept in touch with me if a time lag has occurred due on my part.

I highly praise MICROSOFT regarding care with their customers.

You on drugs?

What Microsoft help site would that be?

Microsoft officially doesn't offer help unless you pay for it. This

half-ass goofy next to useless newsgroup is Microsoft's idea of

"helping" their customers.
