Thanks Everyone,

 

I'm at work right now but when I get home this evening I will try the

suggestions (cleaning up, dumping AVG, using Avast etc) that you have all

offered and see how it goes. I really appreciate all your comments and

hopefully this nana will not be so frustrated with my system. Have a great

day !
