Hi,

I am using windows server 2003 R2 release and i am using it to create

logs of directory sizes, however the system uses the owner as a

propose to directory name, the majority of directorys and contents are

owned by the domain admin, this is due to the permission being reset

over time as servers have been migrated/updated, i use xcacls to do

this, basically as far as i can work out using xcacls, i can grant

users the right's to take ownership but not actually force them to

have ownership and my findings correct is there an alternative tool to

achieve this if this is the case.

Thanks in advance

regards James
