I have a problem with our windows server 2008 installation. It concerns a printing problem. On the server itself are installed 2 printers ( standard TCP IP ports), one virtual PDF printer and the standard microsoft XPS document writer).

What happens now, if we print out of an office application, no problem, everything works, with administrator or normal user account.

When we print out of other applications or out of the command line or richt click menu or something, then we have 2 options

- with administration rights, everything comes out ok, on each printer

- normal user rights, the pages come out but .. all blank (also for exemple the xps or pdf file is not empty but blank ..)

Anyone any idea where we could a solution for this?

Everybody is connecting by terminal services or from distance

any response or suggestion would be largely appreciated
