The Registry key for the construction of an outlook shortcut does not work.

The following key was used:

 

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\{00020D75-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}]

"Removal Message"="The Outlook Desktop icon provides special functionality

and we recommend that you do not remove it."
